DEVOTION® Organic Olive Oil is produced with the varieties of olives we use are Galega, Cordovil and Verdeal, carefully selected, healthy, clean and without apparent defects,
respecting the traditional agricultural methods and the requirements of the Traditional Olive Grove, controlled by the biological cultivation PT-10980, which are harvested between the end of October and mid-November,
and the transformation of olives into olive oil takes place on the same day, and worked in an Ecological Mill, at a temperature of 27ºC, without the addition of water or preservatives.
This process guarantees quality of a high-quality EVOO, directly from Olive grove to the table of our customers.
Obtained directly from olives, solely by mechanical processes, and cold extraction, without additives or preservatives, with an acidity of less than 0.3%.
This oil is subsequently subjected to natural decantation in stainless steel tanks, at a constant temperature and hermetically sealed, so that all its characteristics are maintained.
With a color between green and gold, the same fresh, fruity aroma predominates, with a slightly spicy, elegant finish, with character and personality.
As for its organoleptic characteristics, it is very similar to Extra Virgin Premium. Its chemical characteristics are in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 2568/91 and amendments.
It must be preserved protected from light and heat, and because it is a natural product it may show turbidity and some sediment or solidify when the temperature decreases.
It is valid for 18 months after packaging.
Available in 500ml and 1L glass bottle, and in 500ml can.
It is ideal for use with Veal, Pork, Lamb, Chicken, hunt, and fish of all varieties, such as sardines, mackerel, sole, sea bass, or Dourada.
It can be used raw as starters, to season salads, vegetables, pasta, soups, as well as for cooking.
Marinate fish and seafood, make stews and stews, sauté potatoes, pizzas, sauces, and Carpaccio.
